The monthly sessions were crucial and focused on topics we are aware of but rarely get to dive into deeply. The sessions on building personal brand and executive presence were particularly interactive, actionable, and have had a direct impact on my work. I have since presented to both my program cohort group and my internal team at Biogen on executive presence; both what it means and what it looks like.
