Our national alumni network is comprised of over 5000 talented multicultural leaders working in a wide range of industries. We share best practices, thought leadership, and career advancement opportunities with our peers across the nation. We offer convenings throughout the year, business introductions, board placement services (BoardLink), as well as the opportunity to engage in critical civic issues. The Partnership, Inc. has a Public Service Fund that is administered by the Boston Foundation which enables not for profits or government sectors the opportunity to participate in our leadership development programs.
