The BioDiversity Fellows Program prepares managers and mid-career professionals in the health care and life sciences industries with a groundbreaking experience designed to propel them into leadership roles. The BioDiversity program responds to the distinct set of challenges within these industries, including organizational silos, highly specialized roles, and prolonged paths to executive leadership. This program equips you with the tools and expertise to anticipate and excel within these dynamics.

THE BIODIVERSITY FELLOWS EXPERIENCE.

Industry Focused Sessions

Live, full-day faculty-led sessions are offered monthly March through November, delivered virtually with hybrid in person opportunities. The curriculum utilizes personalized assessments and addresses the most salient challenges in the field and strategies for accelerating the path to leadership roles.

Executive Coaching

Between sessions, BioDiversity Fellows receive both individual and cohort executive coaching to apply their learning. Participants engage in concentrated analysis and problem solving of real-world challenges with this assigned cohort of peers and a distinguished coach, specializing leadership coaching in the health care and life sciences sector.

Manager Engagement

Our programs feature the unique element of sessions for our participants’ managers to prepare them to succeed as leaders of broadly diverse teams. Through two individualized sessions, our faculty prepare participants’ direct managers to champion employees in their career development and introduce best practice frameworks for leading diverse teams.

The BioDiversity Fellows curriculum is most suitable for professionals and managers in the health care and life sciences industries with more than 5 years of experience or leaders recognized for management potential.  The BioDiversity Fellows program is nationally recognized for its ability to consistently pave pathways from management to leadership-level roles for high-potential professionals.  We welcome the nation’s most promising professionals from all industries, as selected by their supervisors.
