Please upload a short (suggested 200 words) professional biography. The purpose of this piece will be to introduce yourself to cohort members, peer program participants, and faculty for a program directory that will be distributed to all participants.

    - Current Work Information: Position title, organization, area of expertise or focus

    - Work History: 2-3 sentences summarizing your career path and previous role(s)

    - Education/Professional Certifications: Brief description of your educational background and credentials

    - Personal Life/Interests: 1-3 sentences sharing information on family, friends, hobbies, and/or interests.  
    Associates Program: $5,000
    Upon acceptance to the program, the Partnership will issue an invoice electronically for the full program fee and an acknowledgement form. Payment of the program fee is due from the participant’s sponsoring company or a third party approved by the Partnership, and shall be paid in U.S. dollars within 30 days of the invoice date.  The invoice will be emailed to the individual indicated below:
    Any cancellation received by the Partnership in writing 30 or more days prior to the start of the program will receive a full refund of the program fee. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, (i) any cancellation received by the Partnership within 15-30 days prior to the start of the program will receive a credit equal to 50% of the program fee to be used toward the next year’s program (the remaining 50% of the program fee will be forfeited); and (ii) any cancellation received by the Partnership less than 15 days prior to, or any day after, the start of the program will be subject to forfeiture of 100% of the program fee.

    The Partnership admits program participants, without regard to religion, sex or sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, veteran status, or disability.  

    The Partnership does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, veteran status, or disability in the administration of its leadership development programs, convenings, or its employment policies.
