ACCELERATING LEADERSHIP PATHWAYS FOR MID-CAREER LEADERS AND MANAGERS.

The Fellows Program prepares managers and mid-career professionals with a groundbreaking experience designed to propel them into leadership roles by equipping them with the tools to effectively manage while still being managed. 

Designed for professionals and managers with more than five years of experience, the Fellows Program focuses on three core competencies: leadership, relationship, and organizational skills. We place a key emphasis on refining and expanding the communication skills you need to influence your organization more effectively. Personalized assessments allow you to understand perceptions, competencies, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Anchored by our globally recognized subject matter experts, exhaustive research, and decades of experience, our leadership programs provide our participants with the tools, resources, and networks to navigate challenges often experienced by professionals of color, delivered through a rigorous curriculum intended to foster career growth for professionals of all backgrounds and across career levels.  We curate a supportive and productive learning environment and welcome professionals from all backgrounds who believe they will benefit from the program and are committed to growing their leadership with purpose and impact.

THE FELLOWS EXPERIENCE.

MANAGEMENT FOCUS

Live, full-day faculty-led sessions are offered monthly February through November, delivered virtually with hybrid in person opportunities. Distinguished faculty lead sessions on core leadership topics with a strong emphasis on real world application. Participants leave the program armed with strategies to excel as they oversee and grow their own team, while remaining influential and accountable to the leadership tier.

COHORT LEARNING

Between sessions, Fellows meet in cohorts for enhanced engagement, peer feedback, and application of their learning. We use remote tools such as Slack for cohort members to connect and cultivate personal and collegial relationships that long outlast programming.

Manager Engagement

Our programs feature the unique element of sessions for our participants’ managers to prepare them to succeed as leaders of broadly diverse teams. Through two individualized sessions, our faculty prepare participants’ direct managers to champion employees in their career development and introduce best practice frameworks for leading diverse teams.
