I am so glad my colleagues and mentors pushed me to join the Fellows Leadership Develop Program! As an older Latina, I felt seen, heard, and validated in the sessions and empowered to bring my authentic self into spaces! I met other colleagues from my employer that I may not otherwise have had the opportunity to do so. The sessions were fantastic – I especially enjoyed the Negotiations and Capstone sessions! As someone who has been with my organization for 26 years, The Fellows program left me feeling motivated and inspired. The best part overall though is being part of a large network of Professionals of color. If there is anyone who feels stuck, I highly recommend the Fellows program!
