I have been with my firm for close to 25 years and wanted to join a program that would help me look holistically at my current leadership capabilities and help me design a plan to take my career to the next level. The Partnership’s executive leadership program provided the opportunity to take these actions and went well beyond my expectations. I have been able to leverage the resources provided in the various sessions and material offered to advance my career to the executive level at my current firm. This program has been incredibly beneficial to me and my career, and am grateful to be considered a part of the distinguished NGE alumni.
