The North Carolina Leadership Accelerator curriculum is most suitable for professionals and individual contributors with more than 5 years of experience or leaders recognized for management potential.  The foundation of the NCLA program is recognized for its ability to consistently pave pathways from management to leadership-level roles for high-potential professionals.  We welcome the nation’s most promising professionals from all industries, as selected by their supervisors.
