BUILDING AUTHENTIC & RESILIENT LEADERS IN mINNESOTA

The Minnesota Fellows Program prepares managers and mid-career professionals based in Minnesota with a groundbreaking experience designed to propel them into leadership roles by equipping them with the tools to be authentic leaders who inspire both vision and trust. 

Started in 2023 in collaboration with the Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity, The Minnesota Fellows Cohort was developed to retain top talent in the region and respond to a gap in professional development opportunities by providing a quality leadership development training to mid-career professionals that are ready to transition from management to strategic leadership roles. The program continues today to support emerging leaders of all backgrounds in the region as part of the rigorous national Fellows leadership development program.

THE MINNESOTA FELLOWS EXPERIENCE

MANAGEMENT FOCUS

Live, full-day faculty-led sessions are offered monthly March through November, delivered virtually with hybrid in person opportunities. Distinguished faculty lead sessions on core leadership topics with a strong emphasis on real world application. Participants leave the program armed with strategies to excel as they oversee and grow their own team, while remaining influential and accountable to the leadership tier.

COHORT LEARNING

Minnesota Fellows are grouped in a regional cohort for enhanced engagement, peer feedback, and application of their learning.

WHO SHOULD CONSIDER THIS PROGRAM?

The Minnesota Fellows curriculum is most suitable for professionals and managers with more than 5 years of experience or leaders recognized for management potential.  The Fellows program is internationally recognized for its ability to consistently pave pathways from management to leadership-level roles for high-potential professionals.  We welcome the nation’s most promising professionals from all industries, as selected by their supervisors.

Anchored by our globally recognized subject matter experts, exhaustive research, and decades of experience, our leadership programs provide our participants with the tools, resources, and networks to navigate challenges often experienced by professionals of color, delivered through a rigorous curriculum intended to foster career growth for professionals of all backgrounds and across career levels.  We curate a supportive and productive learning environment and welcome professionals from all backgrounds who believe they will benefit from the program and are committed to growing their leadership with purpose and impact.
