Who Should Consider This Program?
The curriculum is best suited for leaders in the life sciences and health care fields. Admission to the BioDiversity Fellows Program is limited to a select group of America’s most promising professionals of color from life sciences industries and medical fields, as selected by their supervisor.
Our leadership development program curriculum is thoughtfully designed to address the most common leadership challenges faced by professionals of color in a supportive learning environment, and are welcoming to professionals from all backgrounds who feel they would benefit from the programs and who are committed to growing their leadership with purpose and impact.
