Associates Leadership Development Program

DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR EARLY CAREER PROFESSIONALS.

The Associates Program prepares individual contributors and early-career professionals with a transformational curriculum for leadership growth. The program provides insights to more effectively navigate corporate culture and develops critical tools for success, including managing up, self-advocacy, and strong peer networks.  You will develop a critical framework around your emotional intelligence and influence skills; learn the importance of efficacy and the science of resilience; appreciate your value and build your brand; and strategies for successfully communicating within a global and diverse marketplace of ideas.

THE ASSOCIATE EXPERIENCE.

FACULTY-LED SESSIONS

Live, full-day faculty-led sessions are offered monthly March through November, delivered virtually with hybrid in person opportunities. Distinguished faculty lead sessions incorporating both leadership frameworks and real-world application strategies on topics including tools for effective communication, emotional intelligence and intercultural literacy, and navigating change.

COHORT LEARNING

Between sessions, Associates meet in cohorts for enhanced engagement, peer feedback, and application of their learning. We use digital tools for cohort members to connect and cultivate personal and collegial relationships that long outlast programming.

Manager Engagement

Our programs feature the unique element of sessions for our participants’ managers to prepare them to succeed as leaders of broadly diverse teams. Through two individualized sessions, our faculty prepare participants’ direct managers to champion employees in their career development and introduce best practice frameworks for leading diverse teams.
