30 Years of Impact Study

The Partnership is commemorating its 30th Anniversary. Formed in 1987, The Partnership has evolved from its original focus on the advancement of African Americans in corporate Boston, into an organization that supports multicultural professionals at all levels in an increasingly diverse and global workforce. We are now known for offering services anchored by our globally recognized subject matter experts, exhaustive research, and decades of experience, our leadership programs provide our participants with the tools, resources, and networks to navigate challenges often experienced by professionals of color, delivered through a rigorous curriculum intended to foster career growth for professionals of all backgrounds and across career levels.
