The Partnership is commemorating its 30th Anniversary recognizing three decades of developing more than 4000 leaders of color. This summer The Partnership convened a three day 30th Anniversary Leadership Summit on Martha’s Vineyard. The summit theme was “Driving Innovation Through Diversity” and the conference was held on the tented grounds of the Martha’s Vineyard Museum overlooking Vineyard Sound. More than 360 corporate sponsors, Partnership participants and alumni were in attendance. The summit included a New England Clambake Dinner with a Keynote Partnership Conversation where Carla Harris, Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management was interviewed by Partnership Board Member Liz Cheng, WGBH-TV General Manager. The 30th Anniversary Leadership Summit was The Partnership’s most extensive conference to date and included 11 different forums/events throughout the weekend and more than 20 national speakers from Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Miami and Houston.
