Created for managers with more than five years of experience, this program expands leadership capabilities, establishes greater executive presence, and hones the negotiation skills needed to influence an organization more effectively.
NORTH CAROLINA LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR:
This program is designed to develop underrepresented leaders in the industries driving the economy of the Research Triangle and Charlotte Region. The curriculum focuses on advanced training and executive coaching to hone and upgrade skills so that participants can move into leadership positions.
Developed for early-career professionals and individual contributors, this program focuses on career growth, building networks, and realizing leadership capabilities through monthly sessions.
Supervisors of program participants are engaged in two sessions to strengthen their approach to managing diverse teams.
