 The Senior Executives Program is designed for professionals who are at the pinnacle of their career and want to maximize their impact as both organizational leaders and global citizens. Participants foster relationships, broaden self-awareness, discuss business and community issues, and strategize about ways to maximize their professional power.
Participants. Senior Executives are Asian, Black, Latino, Native American or South Asian professionals with a minimum of 15 years experience. Organizationally, participants are Vice Presidents (or higher) and no more than two reporting levels removed from the President or CEO. Senior Executives also have a demonstrated commitment to community and civic issues.
Content. Training topics include:
- Enhancing adaptive skills such as values, humor and empathy
- Sharpening capacities for non-linear thinking and innovation
- Leveraging personal influence to create business opportunities
- Understanding organizational influence on society.
In addition to expanding their own professional network with their peers, Senior Executives also establish a 1:1 coaching relationship with one of the program’s faculty members.
Timeframe. Participants meet quarterly through the year in a series of forums, including a two-day retreat.
