Education has always been a big deal to me.  My grandfather saw to it that his 17 grandchildren--all first generation Cuban-Americans--got 17 college degrees.  And he taught us that you never stop learning.

That lesson is especially true today.  The world is so different than when I was launching my career in the 80's and 90's.  It truly is global.  Here in Miami, it's nothing to hear 7 different languages in one day.

NGE helped me expand my perspective so that I understand clearly how the people behind each of those languages see the world...and how Bank of New York Mellon can succeed in turning them into valued customers.
