Convene

It is time for a new conversation about convening.

The Partnership is the premier convener of people committed to the advancement of professionals of color. We convene thought-leaders, alumni and program participants on a regular basis for an on-going, frank dialogue about professionals of color. We also have a lot of fun.

Our events cross racial, ethnic and cultural lines. They engage everyone from college students to senior executives. They encourage open dialogue and inspire new ideas. Events range from large annual conferences to networking social activities to off-the-record CEO roundtables where industry leaders compare notes on challenges and emerging best practices.

New!  Executive Council.  In a first for New England, regional senior executives recently worked with The Partnership to form the Executive Council.  The only regional forum of its kind, the Executive Council meets quarterly to write a new playbook for engaging and advancing multicultural leaders of color...from their first job all the way to the C-Suite.

Special thanks to Charter Executive Council Members:  Bingham McCutchen, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Citizens Bank, Comcast, Dana Farber, Eastern Bank, Fidelity Investments, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, John Hancock Financial, KPMG, Liberty Mutual Group, National Grid, NStar, Putnam Investments, State Street Corporation, The TJX Companies, and WGBH.
