It is time for a new conversation about convening.

The Partnership is the premier convener of people committed to the advancement of professionals of color. We convene thought-leaders, alumni and program participants on a regular basis for an on-going, frank dialogue about professionals of color. We also have a lot of fun.

Our events cross racial, ethnic and cultural lines. They engage everyone from college students to senior executives. They encourage open dialogue and inspire new ideas. Events range from large annual conferences to networking social activities to off-the-record CEO roundtables where industry leaders compare notes on challenges and emerging best practices.

The Partnership's Third Annual New Day Celebration was held on December 1, 2009. 

Thanks to the 600 guests who joined us in celebrating both the graduation of the Associates and Fellows Class of 2009 and the commitment of Greater Boston's corporate community!
