TALENT MENTORING
EMC Corporation, one of Massachusetts's largest privately held companies, retained The Partnership to assess their mentoring activities. Working with the company’s senior executives, our team crafted a new mentorship program that recently kicked-off with a three day on-site retreat, emphasizing management education. The Partnership will provide on-going coaching to mentees for the next twelve months on factors that contribute to (and detract from) professional success.
TALENT POOL
Faced with both rapid growth and a dearth of employee talent, a Fortune 100 financial services company urgently needed to develop a leadership pool that could cultivate rising executives. One of our consultants worked with one of America’s premier CEOs to design and implement a highly successful “leadership learning” program that assessed, trained and developed executives who had been identified as prospective leaders.
