The Partnership's new conversation is about new products, too.  Over the past year, our 200 corporate partners have told us of critical gaps in the workplace diversity marketplace.  In the second half of 2008, we'll take steps to close them with three exciting new products:

Next Generation Executives Program.  In partnership with Harvard Business School, this residential training program will immerse senior leaders who are just 1-2 levels from the CEO in a living laboratory that creates new models of leadership...for themselves and their organization.  Click here for more information.
Launch: December 2008

Management forum. The Partnership has trained 2000 professionals of color how to advance their career. Now, we're looking at the other side of the equation by piloting half-day training programs that give managers the tools they need to engage their professionals of color.
Launch:  July 15 and 16, 2008

Assessment tool.   "We get it," more than one CEO has told us when we explain the need to combine diversity and talent management efforts.  "We just don't know where to start."  Now they will.  The Partnership has created an assessment tool that tells organizations what's working (and what isn't) and pinpoints exactly where they should focus initial attention.
