Alumni

The newly expanded Partnership Alumni Program is a resource for busy multicultural professionals of color who don't have a lot of time, but do have a lot of desire...to succeed.  It's a free (yes, we said "free"!) way to stay connected members of your class, deepen your engagement in all that Boston has to offer and, most important, advance your career.

Board Development. Get the tools and connections you need to succeed on a non-profit Board.

  • COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS: Service on a board or commission is an important way to contribute to the Commonwealth. To view membership opportunities and responsibilities associated with serving on a board or commission please click here.
  • EXCEL ACADEMY: Join other individual and corporate volunteers who support and inspire Excel Academy students through the following opportunities.
  • GIRLS' LEAP (Life Empowerment and Awareness Program): Seeking members for its Board of Directors to help create and implement a strategic plan. Click here for more information.

Community Service.  Give back to Boston by becoming a volunteer!

  • UNITED WAY EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM:  engages civic-minded young professionals through volunteer opportunities, leadership development, and social networking events.  Click here to learn more about their work and upcoming event.

Education. Build upon your Partnership experience with exceptional trainings.

Mentoring.  Share your Partnership experience by mentoring up-and-coming leaders.

Networking.  Grow your network (and have fun doing it!)

  • On-going:  Get LinkedIn on The Partnership’s Alumni page

  • How to Land a Position in Tough Times:   In an economic downturn some people do better than others at navigating the job market. The winners usually have something in common: they find innovative ways to stand out, carefully construct a plan for success, and take advantage of the value of networking.  Price: $190.00 per participant.  Registration is limited so act today! Register by sending an email to sarah@careerstategist.com or by calling 617-363-0104.
